Research To The Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease That The Anger Emotion Factor Affect The Nerve-endocrine-immunity Mechanism Of Coronary Heart Disease Patient

Objective: observe variety of nerve-endocrine-immune system to research anger emotion factor effection in coronary heart disease. Methods: All select the case to measure the group according to the Chinese medicine emotions (measure questionnaire of five emotions) measurement as a result is divided into the anger emotion group,normal emotion group.Observe two groups of angina pectoris patients' grades,degrees,the integral of Chinese medicine symptoms and Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ),blood cortisol levels,the IL-6 levels,the IL-8 levels,then carry on to statistics. Result: The two groups make great difference in aspect of cardiac chest pain,insomnia,stabilization and spasm of angina pectoris(P<0.05),also in blood cortisol levels and the IL-6 levels(P<0.05). Conclusions: The anger emotion group is higher than the normal emotion group in index level of the angina pectoris patients' nerve-endocrine-immune system, prompt that anger factor affect coronary heart disease by the nerve -endocrine-immunity mechanism.
