A Clinical Study On Cerebral Ischemic Stroke Treated By Nape Acupuncture And Observing The Influence Of Nape Acupuncture On TCD, Hs-CRP And D-D

Objective:Observing the clinic curative effection of nape acupuncture therapy matching routine acupuncture to treat cerebral ischemic stroke and the influence of nape acupuncture therapy on mark of neurological functional deficit,speed of brain blood,high sensitive-C reactive protein and D-Dimer.Methods:We selected 100 cases that were diagnosed as cerebral ischemic stroke through the examination of CT or MRI.We randomly divided the cases into two groups:the treatment group treated by nape acupuncture matching routine body acupuncture;the control group treated by routine body acupuncture.The group of nape acupuncture take Fengchi(GB 20) and Wangu(GB 12) combined with routine acupoints such as Jianyu(LI 15),Quchi(LI 11), Waiguan(SJ 5),Hegu(LI 4),Futu(ST 32),Zusanli(ST 36),Jiexi(ST 41),Taichong(LR 3).The control group of body acupuncture used routine acupoints as same as the group of nape acupuncture.All of the patients received the treatment,of acupuncture once a day,with fifteen days as a period of treatment.The needles were remained for 40 minutes each time.Pre and post treatment of acupuncture,we gave a mark of the degree of neurologic impairment,high sensitive-C reactive protein and D-Dimer.And we checked transcranial Doppler immediately pre and post treatment of acupuncture.Results:We made evaluations on the degree of neurologic impairment for 100 cases of the cerebral ischemic stroke pre and post treatment.After treatment,as far as average integrals of physical signs were concerned,the marks of two groups decreased.For nape acupuncture group and the control group,the two groups' effective rates were respectively 90%,78%;their obvious effects counted 54%,26%respectively.While to the recovery of language and walking capability,the nape acupuncture therapy had an advantage in curative effect than the control group.Selecting randomly 6 cases from the whole,by checking transcranial Doppler immediately both pre treatment and post treatment,we found that after therapy,both two groups' mean flow velocity and pulsatility index of the brain artery had a decrease tendency and got close to normal value,also increasing pars encephalica blood supply of patients.The nape acupuncture group improved mean flow velocity of middle cerebral artery obviously,and the control group improved mean flow velocity of basilar artery obviously.Selecting randomly 15 cases from the whole,by checking high sensitive-C reactive protein and D-Dimer both pre course of treatment and post course of treatment,we found that after therapy,the nape acupuncture group had relatively better function on adjusting the D-Dimer's level.Conclusion:The nape acupuncture therapy can not only release apparently physical signs of patients, but also improve the indexes of speed of brain blood,and can cut down the level of high sensitive-C reactive protein and D-Dimer.The results illustrate:the mechanism of treating ischemic apoplexy with nape acupuncture was possible that it can increase the blood supply of the brain,improve the blood state and so on.
