Purpose:(1)To investigate the expression of ICAM-1mRNA,sICAM-1,expulsion rate of ICAM-1 in cultured endometrial cell;(2)To stady the relatioship between ICAM-1mRNA,sICAM-1,sICAM-1/ICAM-1 in cultured EMs endometrial cell stimulated and tumor necrosis factor-αMethod:(1) Contrast the difference of ICAM-1mRNA,sICAM-1,expulsion rate of ICAM-1 in cultured EEC and ESC of EMs and hysteromyoma extracorporeally;(2)The degree that TNF-αeffect ICAM-1mRNA,sICAM-1, expulsion rate of ICAM-1 in cultured EEC and ESC of EMs and nonEMs extracorporeallyResult:(1) The expression of ICAM-1mRNA,the secretion of sICAM-1 and the expulsion rate of ICAM-1 in EMs endometrium is significantly higher than that of hysteromyoma endometrium(P<0.05);The expression of ICAM-1mRNA,The secretion of sICAM-1 in cultured EEC extracorporeally is significantly higher than that of ESC(P<0.05);concerning the expulsion rate of ICAM-1,there was no differenc between EEC and ESC(P>0.05);(2) Regardless of EMs or hysteromyoma,There was positive correlation between the expression of ICAM-1mRNA and TNF-αconcentration in cultured EEC extracorporeaUy(P<0.05);Regardless of EMs or hysteromyoma,There was positive correlation between the secretion of sICAM-1 and TNF-αconcentration in cultured EEC extracorporeally (P<0.05);There was positive correlation between between the expulsion rate of ICAM-1 and TNF-αconcentration in cultured EMs' EEC extracorporeally(P<0.05);There was no correlation for the expulsion rate of ICAM-1 of EEC in cultured hysteromyoma's EEC extracorporeally(P>0.05);Irritated by TNF-α,the advaX? degree of them three is siginificantly greater than that of hysteromyoma endometrium in cultured EEC extracorporeally(P<0.05). conclusion:(1)The expression of ICAM-1mRNA,the secretion of sICAM-1 and the expulsion rate of ICAM-1 in EMs endometrium is significantly higher than that of hysteromyoma endometrium,The biological characteristic from genetic constitution is the basic cause of EMs;(2)The expression of ICAM-1mRNA,the secretion of sICAM-1 in cultured EEC extracorporeally is significantly higher than that of ESC.It is known that EEC is the main source of them;(3)The expression of ICAM-1mRNA,the secretion of sICAM-1 and the expulsion rate of ICAM-1 in EMs endometrium and hysteromyoma endometrium can be elevated by TNF-α.The elevated degree in EMs endometrium is significantly higher than that of hysteromyoma endometrium.
