Expression Of CD11,CD54,TNF-α And S100 In Cartilaginous Tissue Of Post-traumatic Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the expression of CDll,CD54,TNF-αand S100 in cartilaginous tissue of Post-traumatic Osteoarthritis.Method:To choose 20 patients who has the post-traumatic osteoarthritis in randomization,and cut their abnormal cartilaginous tissue(experimental group,EG) and normal cartilaginous tissue(control group,CG) in the operate,make EG and CG match. Then to measure the expression of the CD11,CD54,TNF-αand S100 with the immunohistochemical method.To compare with their light absorption density by the image analysis.Result:The expression of CD11,CD54,TNF-α,S100 in EG increased significantly as compared with CG.Conclusion:The Post-traumatic Osteoarthritis is related with the CD11,CD54,TNF-αand S100 mediated inflammatory reaction,and it has tissue recovery by S100 mediated at the same time.
