Research On Digitization Of The Wounded Information

Previous research on the state of the wounded (including location, classification, and conditions of injury), motion features (triage and direction) and other related health service information (rescue measures, evacuation vehicles) are generally qualitative, lacking a quantitative assessment on the state of the wounded, thus restricting the exploitation and utilization of the health service information during wartime.Based on the information theory and the digital coding technique, we can digitize the wounded information, so as to obtain a quantitative assessment of the state of the wounded, and provide possibilities for a more accurate transportation of the wounded. Furthermore, under the conditions of information war in the future, the C~4I calls for a network management of the health service information. So the study on the digitization of the wounded information has become an important basic research topic.Information of the wounded includes its state and its features of on-going changes. Battle injury, the wounded and the related information constitute the wounded information system. Based information system is to construct C~4I and therapeutic institute for the management of the wounded, its premise is the digitalization of wounded's information.Based on the information theory and from the information generating aspect, applying the systemic scientific method, this research carries a systemic review of the development and accompanying information of the wounded, studies the wounded information system, and constructs a model of information system. With reference to the concept, technique and method of digitization in communication field, this research gives a systematic analysis of the digitization of the wounded information, and defines its concept, method and content. Then, it provides the concept of digital-wounded and constructs a model of the digital-wounded. Psychological problem is a special mental injury during wartime different from common injuries. There is a growing concern about psychological injury arising from mental stress in modern war. So this study focuses on the digital coding of the psychological injures during wartime.Digitization of the wounded is fundamentally the digitization of the essential information about the wounded, including location, classification, and conditions of injury, as well as related information such as classification of the wounded, remedy and evacuation. The basic method of digitization is to encode this information with digital coding techniques. Based on this, we tried to define the concept of digital-wounded, which is the digital- virtual-wounded based on the digitization of the essential information of the wounded, which is described , controlled and managed by computers, and the information of the wounded can be perceived real time, transmitted by internet, and managed intelligently through digital communication network and the logistics command system. This theory provides a theoretical reference concerning the treatment and evacuation of the wounded for the construction of digital health service information during wartime.This study draws the conclusion that psychological injury of people participating in a high-tech war should be included in wounded during war time, and its information be encoded digitally.
