With the development of the society, the related laws about occupational health and safety tend to reach perpection. When the"Classified standard of working in the hot environment"and"Occupational exposure limit for hazardous agents in the workplace"coming on orderly, the labor's equity is ensured. However the physiological data of people working in hot environment with strong radiant heat is not completed, and the appropriate evaluation is lacked as well.In order to get the systemic physiological data, this paper presents the research work on the persons who work under hot environment with strong radiant heat. According to the"Classified standard of working in the hot environment", the people's tolerances were measured at 4 levels with different quantity of radiant heat (1.0kW/m2, 1.5kW/m2, 2.0kW/m2). The variation tendency of physiological parameters during the process was obtained. The utmost heat tolerance duration and physiological limit values of human bodies at heat exposure limit were achieved. The influence of heat environment parameters to heat tolerance of human body was analyzed. It is concluded that: the mouth temperature and heart rate increase evidently after 30 minites. The hypohydration has correlation with operating time. The average skin temperature increases 3~6℃. WBGT , radiation heat and labor intensity are regressed in line by impacting tolerance time and the result is tolerance time increases when radiation heat and WBGT increase. Through questionnaire, the symptoms are presented, such as dizziness, vertigo, disgust, hypoxia, dyspnea. The research result provides the physiological data of people working in hot environment with strong radiant heat. It is useful in design the related regulations of labor safety.
