Study On Pharmacodynamics Of DongGong Hair Growth And Blacking Lotion

Alopecia and Presenile Poliosis are common clinical diseases of hair which produced great influence on people's spirit and mentality. Along with the increase of living standard, people's requirement of hairdressing become increasingly urgent, Modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine also pay more attention to the research of alopecia and blue rinse.Almost all the chemicals that used for clinical treatment of alopecia and presenile poliosis have varying degrees of faults as side-effect,relapse after drug withdrawal etc, therefore continue to seek for a safe and more effective new drug in the treatment of alopecia and presenile poliosis will become the research trend. Donggong pilatory is new natural hair curing product which developed by Dayuan Limited Company of Changchun , after more than 30 clinical cases of hair loss,white hair patients'using , the good treatment have been proved .This thesis studied Donggong pilatory's pharmacological action in the treatment of alopecia and presenile poliosis through the experiment method, then it can provides theoretical basis of pharmacodynamic for its further clinical application. The experiment method is as follows:1,Cultivating B16 melanoma cells of mice in vitro,hatch cells by using 7 different dose group of drugs ,use MTT method,Dopamine oxidation rate method to mensurate the medicine's influence over B16 melanoma cell's proliferation and tyrosinase's activity.2,Mensurate drug's effect on growth of mice tentacles'free follicle through in vitro follicle cultivation.3,Experiment by smearing Donggong pilatory on mice's local skin in order to mensurate toxicity reaction of Donggong pilatory.4,In vivo tests: Select C57 mice and depilate them by Sodium Sulphide to establish alopecia matrix for the experiment so as to research Donggong pilatory's influence on posterodorsad hair growth of mice."grade"the hair growth condition of mice's depilate area, detect hair's length and weight in depilate area before administration as well as after .Test results show that:1,Donggong pilatory can promote B16 melanoma cell's proliferation obviously, and it registers as have apparent activation of tyrosinase in melanoma . It showed the trend of inhibit the activation in high concentration while activate it in low or medium ones.2,Donggong pilatory have no significant effect on free hair follicles'growth .3,Experiment by smearing Donggong pilatory on mice's local skin in order to mensurate toxicity reaction of Donggong pilatory, the result shows that no erythema,dropsy or stimulating response have been found in local skin . Other abnormal clinical sign and systemic toxicity reaction also not found, this illustrated that Donggong pilatory possess hypotoxicity.4,The vivo tests'results showed that compare with the negative group , the length of hair growth in low and middle dose of Donggong pilatory group has significant difference (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). This indicate that Donggong pilatory can quicken the speed of hair growth,enhance the length and weight of new hair in given area of chemical depilated mice. have visible auxo-action on hair growth.Histological observation reflects the drug can promote follicles'increase ,which explains that Donggong pilatory may improve follicles'nutrition,activate the growth and regeneration process. To sum up, we came to the conclusion hat Donggong pilatory can promote B16 melanoma cell's proliferation obviously, and it registers as have apparent activation of tyrosinase in melanoma. And it showed the trend of inhibit the activation in high concentration while activate it in low or medium ones. This illustrate that Donggong pilatory could activate the activity of tyrosinase by embed into folliclesm, then advance melanin's formation, so as to achieve the goal of blue rinsing.Donggong pilatory can quicken the speed of hair growth,enhance the length and weight of new hair in given area of chemical depilated mice. have visible auxo-action on hair growth.
