| Objective: Injected vancomycin into cerebral ventricle and canalis spinalis to cure the patients who had got intracranial infetion after craniocerebral operations and combined with obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid circulation. And then analyze the curative effect of this therapy.Method: This text was to divide the 21 patients who had got intracranial infetion and consistented with the case inclusion criteria in our hospital in the past one year into experiment group and control group.And injected vancomycin into cerebral ventricle and canalis spinalis to cure the 8 patients in experiment group. And dentured lumbar puncture merely to cure the 13 patients in control group. Compared the therapeutic result of the patients in two groups.Result: The intracranial infetion recovery rate of the therapy in experiment group (87.5%) was higher than that in control group (38.5%). And the result had statistical difference (P<0.05). The average decrease rate of cerebrospinal fluid's leucocyte in experiment group was higher than which in control group after the two different therapy. And the result had statistical difference (P<0.05). The infection control time in experiment group was 5-11 days, 8.3 days average. The infection control time in control group was 8-17 days, 12.5 days average. The result had statistical difference (P<0.05). The obviously relief time of clinical symptom in experiment group was 8-14 days, 11.3 days average. The relief time of clinical symptom in control group was 10-21 days, 14.8 days average. The result had statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Injecting vancomycin into cerebral ventricle and canalis spinalis to cure the patients who had got intracranial infetion after craniocerebral operations and combined with obstruction of cerebrospinal fluid circulation was a effective therapy, which could sublimate the curative effect and shorten the time of therapy. And the therapy could also cut down the risk of death induced from severe intracranial infeion.The local application of vancomycin to cure intracranial infeion did not need to traverse blood brain barrier.And the vancomycin could achive effective concentration in cerebrospinal fluid,which could avoid adverse effect and more economic burden originated from large dose medication in vein.But the relationship between dosage, drug toxicity and safe of vancomycin was short of large case research,which needed more observation and investigation. |
