【Objective】Carcinoma cervicis is the frequent malignant tumor of female reproductive system,it detriment femmel health seriously in the world wide.The Uterine cervix carcinogenesis may go through multiple stage,It indicate that many kind gene participate it.Recent years,internal and external's investigation indicate'new discoverable member Maspin in serine protease inhibitor(serpin) super family,it play an considerable role in the department of gynecology tumor,Especially in the variation of cervix atypical hyperplasia and uterine cervix cancer.Maspin gene can inhibit cell to grow,inhibit tumor new vessels to generate,induce toApoptosis,But thegene logy expression still not distinctness,bcl2 and bax are bcl 2Family' s important member.Play important effect in regulation of apoptosis.Not with standing there are much research about oncogenes and anti-oncogene of cervix uteri between Apoptosis factor.But now internal and overseas,still not see dependablity to express report aboutMaspin and bcl2, bax in uterine cervix cancer.Our research detect expression and dependablity in Maspin and bcl2,bax proteinum in uterine cervix 's tissue.Approach their effect in uterine cervix process and relationship between uterine cervix's biological behaviour So to provide new theory grounds for uterine cervix cancer' s diagnosis and biology gene therapy.【Materials and methods】I collect 63 sufferer with squamous carcinoma of the cervix,12 sufferer with atypical hyperplasia and 16 normal cervix tissue with immunochemistry and histochemistry to explore the gene expressionof Maspin, bcl2 and bax.rhe 93tissue are all collected from gynecological exairesis in 1989-2009.and no radiotherapy and Chem before operation;33 cavitas pelvis glandulae lymphaticae in different degree from 63 CSC.every dyeing use positive control and negative control, The reagent company provides the masculine slice to make the masculine comparison and replaces a anti-achievement for negative comparison by PBS.The results were analyzed by use of Analysis of chi square test,Spear-man rank correlation and processed byspss11.5【result】(1)In nomal cervix,CINⅢ,CSC,the expression of Maspin is 94.44%,58.33%,20.63%,there was significance difference among the three sets(p<0.05),descended gradually.There is significance difference between CINⅢand nomal cervix(p<0.05),the expression of Maspin in the CSC and nomal cervix has a significant difference(p<0.01),the expression of Maspin in CSC and CINⅢhas Significant difference(p<0.01).In CSC there has Statistical difference between the Maspin expression of lymph node metastasis and not.(2) In nomal cervix,CINⅢ,CSC,the expression of bcl2 is 11.11%,50.00%,80.95%,there was significance difference among the three sets(p<0.05),increased gradually.There is significance difference between CINⅢand nomal cervix(p<0.05),the expression ofbcl 2 in theCSC and nomal cervix has a significant difference(p<0.01),the expression of bcl2 in CSC and CINⅢhas Significant difference(p<0.05).There has no Statistical difference between the sets of lymph node metastasis and not.(3) In nomal cervix,CINⅢ,CSC,the expression of bax is77.78%,75.00%,26.98%,in CSC descended gradually.The expression of bax.In the CSC and nomal cervix has a significant difference(p<0.05),but there is no significance difference between CINⅢand nomal cervix(P>0.05),the expression of Maspin in CSC and CINⅢhas Significant difference(p<0.05).There has no Statistical difference between the sets of lymph node metastasis and not.(4) In 18 cases of normal cervical,expression of Maspin and bcl2 has anegative correlation,expression of Maspin and bax has aPositive correlation(P<0.05).In cervical CINⅢmedium, expression of Maspin and bcl2 has a negative correlation (P<0.05).In clinical stageⅠ-Ⅱperiod,expression of Maspin and bcl2 has a negative correlation,expression of Maspin and bax has a Positive correlation(P<0.05).In clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳphase,Maspin expression has no correlation with bax or bcl2(P>0.05)【Conclusions】(1)Maspin proteinum in the cervix tissues express degrade and deletion obviously with the disease progress.The anomal expression has close relationship with malignant biological behaviour of uterine cervix cancer(2)bax and bcl2 do play important role in the origin and development of the uterine cervix evolving process.(3) Under normal circumstances,Maspin may participate origin and development of the uterine cervix tissues paraplasm by influencing corpuscular Apoptosis and generation gene bcl2Family.In normal tissue and early lesions,it Promote apoptosis.(4) United detection of the Maspin, bax and bcl2 protein in the cervical tissue can enhance the degree of the accuracy of to determine the extent of cervical lesion,and have important guiding significance for Cervical cancer treatment.
