To obtain the scientific measure and method against sport fatigue by document research, experimental research and mathematical statistics. Do experimental research on mice after exhaustive exercise. Mice were given orally compound Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine fumigation.50 kunming mice were selected and assigned to five groups by weight at random(10 mice each group). A group had compound Chinese oral administration and Chinese medicine fumigation and exercise. B group had compound Chinese medicine oral administration and exercise. C group had Chinese medicine fumigation and exercise. D group had common feeds and exercise. E group had common feeds and rest. The time of swimming experiment was 6 weeks, including 2 weeks for adaptable swimming exercise and 4 weeks for burden swimming exercise. At the last day of burden swimming experiment, mice of 5 groups were all tested for plasma glucose, lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), blood urta nitrogen(Bun), creatinine(Cr), SOD and hepatic glycogen in liver. Observe symptoms such as weight and joint before and during the experiment. Add up the swimming time to exhaustion continuously.Bun,Cr and LDH levels of A, B,C groups were lower than D group (P<0. 01). Bun level of A, B groups had significant differences compared to D group(P<0. 01). Bun level of C group was obviously lower than D group (p<0. 05). Cr level of A, B, C groups had significant differences compared to D group (P<0. 01). LDH level of A,B,C groups were lower than D group(P<0. 01). But plasma glucose, hepaticglycogen and SOD levels of A, B, C groups were significantly higher than D group. Swimming time of A, B,C groups were significantly longer than D group. The joint-move function of A, B, C groups were better than D group. These results suggest that compound Chinese medicine oral administration and Chinese medicine fumigation, Chinese medicine oral administration, Chinese medicine fumigation all had good anti-fatigue effects in mice, especially the method of oral administration and fumigation is the best of the three.
