Near Infrared (NIR) spectrum method has been a hotspot in non-invasive blood component measurement, which shows great significance in reflecting the status of healthy of human beings. But due to the affects of the individual differences and the measuring conditions, it is very difficult to realize the clinical application of this technology. Fortunately, the Dynamic Spectrum (DS) method has the possibility to resolve this problem. The status of non-invasive blood component measurement (including the NIR spectrum method) was reviewed at the beginning of this paper. Then the principle of Dynamic Spectrum (DS) method was introduced and some methods for detecting & preprocessing of DS signal were discussed. Focused on the experimental certification and the improvement of SNR of DS method, the main works and innovations go as follows:An Dynamic Spectrum data acquiring system was designed and the well- designed experiments were done to acquire the DS data, and then the data was analyzed to certify the DS theory. The sources of noises in DS method and their frequency characteristic were analyzed. The processes of DS data in frequency domain was reviewed by means of energy, then the harmonic waves of DS data were introduced into DS method and some experiments were done to test the relationship between the SNR and harmonic waves and to determine how many harmonic waves should be put in it.The independent component analysis (ICA) was introduced into the DS method, the proper judgment was selected and the processes of data were designed, thus, the resolution of wavelength was increased as well as the SNR of DS method.
