The Epidemilogical Research Of HEV Infections Among Swine And Human Being In West And North Of China

Hepatitis E(HEV),one of the main pathogens of acute hepatitis in developing countries,has been thinked as an important public health problem by World Health Organization(WHO) in these countries.Hepatitis E virus(HEV) is the infection of zoonosis,the main route of transmission is by the fecal.Virus is spreaded through food or water into the body,after a large number of breeding in the liver and bile,they got into the intestinal tract and then mixed with the excretion.People will be infected by the contaminated food or contacting with virus carrier. When the water was contaminated with feces of HEV,large-scale of outbreak spreading will happen.It's been reported in Japan that people died of taking meat or venison.It's shown that HEV gene was detected in 1.9%of raw swine liver.There are two hepatitis E cases,one is caused by eating venison and 4 person infected by HEV,the other case is caused by eating pork liver and 6 person infected,1 person died.The detection of HEV gene from venison,pork liver and patients indicated that they are the same genotype.Hepatitis E virus(HEV) is the infection of zoonosis,the main route of transmission is by the fecal.Virus is spreaded through food or water into the body, after a large number of breeding in the liver and bile,they got into the intestinal tract and then mixed with the excretion.Most of the HEV infected individuals are adult.Male is more than female.The people who closed contact with HEV such as breeding worker and butcher are more likely to be infected.It still lacks of scientific and comprehensive understanding of the source of infection and route of transmission in China at this time,such as if the swine is the source of infection and function of environment factor like water.In my research,I get into the understanding of these questions such as the infection source and route deeply and give more scientific evidence of controlling and preventing if HEV, harmonizing the human and environment. The result in this paper shows that positive rate of HEV antibody is 45.05%in people living in the west of China.The positive rate in male is 48.38%and 38.32%in female.The positive rate in senior people(50 years or older) is 65.74%and 26.27% in young people(25 years old).The positive rate of HEV antibody is 27.2%in people living in the north of China.The positive rate in male is 30.21%and 20.60%in female.The positive rate in senior people(50 years or older) is 30.77%and 17.58% in young people(25 years old).It's shown clearly that the positive rate of antibody in the west of China is higher than that in the north of China.The rate of male is higher than that of female.Senior people has higher rate than young people.We can get conclusion that people who expose in the pathogens positive area have higher risk of getting infected.At the same time,we checked the sample of blood,stool and bile of swine in these two area.Comparing with the result,we found that the positive rate of swine in the west area is higher than that in the north area.The difference might be caused by the living environment,weather,raising habit and hygiene habit.In this study,we compared the HEV infection situation of people and swine in both west and north of China.We found the infection features and discipline and compare the difference,provide important information for disease control and prevention.
