Fatigue is a complex physiological and chemical change process . it can lead to reduce exercise capacity of athletes , the combat effectiveness of soldiers , as well as the working efficiency of the general population ,to increase the number of errors and other incidents. If fatigue is not removed timely ,it will gradually accumulate, eventually leading to fatigue, over-training syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome.The results are endocrine dysfunction, decreasing immunity and even organic lesions. Fatigue has become an important factors threating to human physical and mental health. in the Society fierce, timely mitigating and eliminating the emergence and development of fatigue is very significant. Therefore, people look forward to more effective anti-fatigue method, including the emergence of anti-fatigue food. this experiment carried out in the Mice in vivo evaluated the effect of Health products LUR to mitigat physical fatigue , and to explore the mechanism of its anti-fatigue .it provided theory evidence for the LUR'application in the health-care food and medicine field .The main Research include the following:1 the effect of LUR on the weight and coefficient of miceThe results showed that LUR had no effect on the weight and coefficient of mice .2 the effect of LUR on the mice'enduranceAccording to the Technical standards for testing & assessment of health food Promulgated by the Ministry of Health of China , after 30min at the last intragastric administration, the loaded swimming test was carried out . The result showed that compared with control group, The low-dose and high-dose group of LUR prolonged the swimming time significantly(P<0.05). The result is positive . LUR can prolong loaded swimming time .3 the effect of LUR on BLAIntragastric administration 30 days , high blood lactic acid (BLA) model was established through non-weight-bearing 60min swimming after 30min at the last intragastric administration ,then getting 20μL blood with capillary from the inside Canthus at the period of before swimming, immediately after swimming, the 20min rest after swimming respectively .with determination BLA kit provided by the Nanjing Building Bio-engineering research institute , blood lactic acid (BLA) content is tested accordance with its measure .The result showed that compared with control group, The low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group of LUR'BLA concentration are lower significantly(P<0.05). The result is positive . LUR can reduced the average increased rate BLA.4 the effect of LUR on Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contentIntragastric administration 30 days , high blood lactic acid (BLA) model was established through non-weight-bearing 60min swimming after 30min at the last intragastric administration . liver and hind leg muscle were obtained after the mice were sacrificed . with determination Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen kit provided by the Nanjing Building Bio-engineering research institute , Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content were tested accordance with its measure .The result showed that compared with control group, The low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group of LUR'Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content are no significant difference (P>0.05). The result is negative . LUR has no effect on Liver glycogen and muscle glycogen content .5 the effect of LUR on BUN contentIntragastric administration 30 days , high BUN model was established through non-weight-bearing 90min swimming after 30min at the last intragastric administration . To extract 0.5ml Blood through picking Eyeball, then separating serum .with determination BUN kit provided by the Nanjing Building Bio-engineering research institute , BUN content were tested accordance with its measure .The result showed that compared with control group, The low-dose and high-dose group of LUR'BUN concentration are lower significantly(P<0.05). The result is positive . LUR can reduced the mice BUN concentration .6 the effect of LUR on MDA,SOD,LDH contentIntragastric administration 30 days , high BUN model was established through non-weight-bearing 90min swimming after 30min at the last intragastric administration .Liver tissue homogenate was obtained after the mice were sacrificed .with determination MDA,SOD,LDH kit provided by the Nanjing Building Bio-engineering research institute , MDA, SOD,LDH content were tested accordance with its measure .The result showed that compared with control group, The low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose group of LUR'MDA,SOD,LDH content are significant difference (P<0.05). The result is positive . LUR Can improve the liver tissue of mice LDH and SOD activity and lower MDA content.RESULT : According to the Technical standards for testing & assessment of health food Promulgated by the Ministry of Health of China , Low and high dose group of LUR has a good anti-fatigue effect in statistical. The mechanism may be related to a reduction of lactic acid increasing rate after exercise , to speed up emissions of urea nitrogen oxide and to the endogenous antioxidant system effects.
