Pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of diffuse interstitial lung disease which caused by many causes and has similar Pathogenesis Its Pathogenieeharaeterize is which alveolar Structure destruction and diffuse alveolitise in the early, then cause over aggradation of ECM and gaudily leading to fibrosis, consequently cause respiratory function destruction. Most of the patients died from respiratory failure from progressive Pulmonary fibrosis. lts pathogenesis is not thoroughly understand till now, so recently the incidene rate and thedeath rate of Pulmonary fibrosis has trend of increasing. At present, people have not found the effective medicine for Pulmonaryfibrosis. Recent years people has realized the importance of anti-inflammatory, the new anti-inflammatory drugs bring hope to the patients. From the documentation which collects clinical data of 40 cases, we hope to increase the treatment efficiency. The clinical data of 40 cases were collected, and their clinical manifestions, disgnostic techniques and treatments were analyzed in detail. The clinical manifestations in PF are diversity, but most cases have exertiongal dyspnea, and other symptoms, for example, cough expectoration feeble, chest pain. The bellows CT can display more senetive and specific than chest radiography for most of the chassic patients, which can help to offer important datas.Pulmonary function testing characterically reveals a restrictive ven defect, It appears: total lung capacity, vital of lung capacity, residual volume, and the compliance of lung decreasing, but the FEV1?FVC can show normal or accrescence.Data and MethodFrom 2006 to 2008,fourty lung interstitial Fibrosis patients owing complete clinical and examination were collected. They were put into two groups because of the difference of treat methods. The two groups both adopt autacoid for treatment, at the same time ,the patients in observe set were given Flumucil effervescent tablet 600mg three times one day, the patiengts in control set wre given half autacoid four weeks later ,and at last decreasing to 20mg one day in three or four months, without the Flumucil effervescent tablet.ConsequenceConfering to the amelioration condition of clinical symptom, objective sign from observe, control two sets, we get the P<0.05, it means the two different treat methods has significant deviation. From imageology we also can get the same result: the two different treat methods has significant deviation. Pulmonary function amelioration condition of patients from observe, control two sets: before therapy, the FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and DLCO of the patients in two sets, P>0.05, there is no significant deviation. After the treatment, the patients in observe group and control group has significant deviation, it means we get the P<0.05 from FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and DLCO.DiscussionAt present, the treatment of PF is highly controversial. hitorically, glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant were used. It was associated with increased mortality in one retros study. Now, the research of oxidation bring new methords of treat PF. Flumucil effervescent tablet was found to inhibit the progress of PF from many ways and may be used to treat PF.ConclusionWe can discover from the finding: after the different treatment, the patients in two sets have great changes in clinical symptom, objective sign, imageology and pulmonary function, the finding of A set is much better than it of B set.In one word, the effect of Flumucil effervescent tablet in lung interstitial Fibrosis is clear, after the treatment of Flumucil effervescent tablet, the clinical symptom, objective sign, imageology and pulmonary function of patients became much better than patients who did not adopt the Fluimucil effervescent tablet.
