Background:Subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facet may be caused by traffic accidents, purler, sports or voilence.Among the spinal cord injury ,the Subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facet appeared most. Most of the patients were adolescent and adult. Subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facet include locked-facet,fracture and dislocation. The force causing flexion-rotation of the cervical spine is the injury mechanism which brings about unilateral locked facet of the cervical spine. The Subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facet is tri-trabecular damage .All the dislocation discus intervertebralis, anterior longitudinal fascia, ligament longitudinale posterius, articular capsule, interspinous ligaments, ligament supraspinale and flaval ligaments are deterioration. The Subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facet should be operated. The operation can stabile the injured segments. Objective:To evaluate a simple, safty and effective therapeutic option to treate subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facetMethods:The research adopt retrospective analytical method .Analysed the patients with cervical dislocation(C3-C7) which hospitalization in our hospital during January.2006 to December. 2008.There were 23 patients during the two years. We analysed the time of traction and the time of continued closed skull traction-reduction. Terapeutic regimen was evaluated by Frankel.Patients were successfully treated by traction reduction anterior primary decompression , bone grafting fusion approaches. Patients underwent primary decompression , bone grafting fusion and internal fixation through anterior and posterior approaches whom were unsuccessfully continued closed skull traction-reduction .The X - ray film was taken periodically for observation of the fusion of the bone grafts and the cervical stability. We analysed the contrast of JOA and Frankel between preoperative and postoperative.Result:All patients'Frankel grade raised than preoperative grade. The operations can promote the functional recovery after spinal cord injury.Correct operative approach can promote the functional recovery after subaxial cervical fracture-dislocation with locked-facetConclusion:The patients with cervical dislocation should be operated earlier period if without the taboo of operation.。Patients were successfully treated by traction reduction anterior primary decompression , bone grafting fusion approaches. Patients underwent primary decompression , bone grafting fusion and internal fixation through anterior and posterior approaches whom were unsuccessfully continued closed skull traction-reduction...
