Study On Chemical Constituents From Petroleum Ether Fraction Of Coral Dendronephthya Sp.

Because of marine natural products' unique chemical constitutions and their variety of bio-activities,any further research in them will be of great significance in chemical theory and application in terms of enriching the knowledge of Natural Products Chemistry,discovering new medicines against disease and boosting the development of basic theory and synthesis in Organic Chemistry.Based on a comprehensive study on chemical constituents of fatty contents from a new species of soft corals Dendronephthya gigantea sp.collected from Naozhou Island in Zhanjiang City,this dissertation is an exact report about my research in which thirteen compounds.Their chemical structures are elucidated on the basis of LC-MS,EI,ESI,FAB,¹HNMR,¹³CNMR spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the literatures.These thienrteen compounds include (4E,8E)-2(hexadecanoylamino)-4,8-Octadecadiene-1,3-diol(1),(4E)-2(hexadecanoylamino) -4-Octadecane-1,3-diol(2),N-(2-phenylethyl)-Acetamide(3),2,3-dihydroxy-N-(1,3-dihydroxy octadecan-2-yl) tetracosanamide(4),ethyl palmitate(5),oct anoic acid(6),Cyclo-(Leu-Pro) (7),3,4-bichlorine benzoic acid(8),thymidine(9),Cholesterol(10),Cyclo-(Ala-Pro)(11),2, 4-dichlorobenzoic acid(12),Cyclo-(Val-Pro)(13),Grogosterol(14),23-ethyl-cholest-5-en-3-ol (15),24-methyl-cholest-5,22-dien-3-ol(16).
