The Expression And Significance Of Livin,Smac,Caspase-3 In Colorectal Neoplasms

Objective:To investigate the expression of livin,Smac and Caspase-3 in Colorectal Neoplasms,and analyze their relationship with the occurrence and development of Colorectal Neoplasms,and explore their effect and significance of the diagnosis and treatment of Colorectal Neoplasms.Methods:SYBR Green I QRT-PCR(quantitatie realtime PCR) technique was established for detecting the expression of livin,Smac and Caspase-3 mRNA in Colorectal Neoplasms tissues and normal tissues beside.Result:1,The relative expression amount of livin in Colorectal Neoplasms tissues was 8.6298±8.4317,much higher than that in normal tissues(p<0.01);The relative expression amount in group with lymph with node metastasis and in low and middle histological differentiation group was much higher than that in group without lymph node metastasis and high histological differentiation group(P<0.05);there were no statistical differencese among groups devided by other different clinicopathological parameters(P>0.05).2,The relative expression amount of smac in Colorectal Neoplasms tissues was 0.1055±0.1210,much lower than that in normal tissues(p<0.01);there were no statistical differencese among groups devided by different clinicopathological parameters(P>0.05).3,The relative expression amount of caspase-3 in Colorectal Neoplasms tissues was 0.2451±0.2957,much lower than that in normal tissues(p<0.01);The relative expression amount in low and middle histological differentiation group was much lower than high histological differentiation group(P<0.05);there were no statistical differencese among groups devided by other different clinicopathological parameters (P>0.05).Conclution:1,The over expresstion of livin and the low or absent expresstion of smac and caspase-3 played a great role in the occurrence and development of Colorectal Neoplasms,and were hopeful to become new diagnostic indicators of Colorectal Neoplasms.2,The relative expression amount of livin in group with lymph with node metastasis and in low and middlel histological differentiation groupwas much higher than that in group without lymph node metastasis and high histological differentiation group,while the relative expression amount of caspase-3 in low and middle histological differentiation group was much lower than high histological differentiation group,which suggested that livin,caspase-3 have close relationship with the malignant degree and prognosis of Colorectal Neoplasms.3,Livin,smac,caspase-3 had close relationship with the occurrence and development of Colorectal Neoplasmsand livin,smac,caspase-3 were hopeful to become new targets of the treatment of Colorectal Neoplasms.
