Implantable Chemotherapy Pump Corpus Cavernosum Injection Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction In Rats

Objective To study the efficiency of implantable chemotherapy pump Corpus cavernosum injection treatment of diabetic rats with erectile dysfunction.Methods 30 experimental male rats,Peritoneal cavity were injected with streptozotocin(STZ),lax skin of neck were injected with apomorphine(APO) after 3 weeks,Observing rats penile erection,producted DM and ED rats model.After the establishment of the model,20 rats were divided into 2 groups randomly,10 in each group.Chemotherapy pump was implanted under the abdominal wall for the experimental group,(ICI) for the Control group.Experimental group were injected Papaverine by chemotherapy pump,Control group corpus cavernosum penis were injected of Papaverine.Experimental group were observed whether the chemotherapy pump pipe blockage,infection,Priapism.Control group were observed the process of injecting whether liquid into the urethra,into the subcutaneous tissue,or Priapism.At the same time,Statistical data on the results.Results In 30 rats,three rats died.Fasting blood glucose of rats were tested after three weeks,25 rats blood glucose＞7.8mmol/L,23 rats did not penile erected after being injected with APO.Experimental group and Control group were injected with Papaverine,the penile erection occurred,and the duration of erection was no significant difference.P＞0.05.No tubes were blocked in Experimental group,there was 1 rat occurred subcutaneous infection around the pump body.Control group, there was 1 rat has occurred Priapism 2 times,liquid were injected into the urethra for two times,and liquid were injected into the Subcutaneous tissue of penis for 3 times. Conclusion Peritoneal cavity of rats were injected with STZ,After screening by the APO,it's a high successful rate to product DM and ED rats model.Experimental group were injected with Papaverine by implantable chemotherapy pump,erectile dysfunction in diabetic rats were treated effectively.There was not significant difference after Papaverine injection between Experimental group and Control group. but the injection method of Experimental group is more simple and easy,fewer complications and side effects.
