Research On Institutionalization Of Vocational Rehabilitation From Employment Injury Insurance Of China

After the reform and open up,the accident rate of our country remain high and not fall,but the system of inductrial injury of our country attach too much importance to compasate and despise rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation lag behind,most of the injured workers lose chance of vocational rehabilitation,and could not return to society and work again,it departs from international develop trend of employment injury insurance including"Prevention","compasate","rehabilitation".This article set off from theoretical principle of Decent Work,etc.After review the history of vocational rehabilitation of our country, deeply analyse the current situation of vocational rehabilitation,summarise the problems about the key ideas,instituion model of vocational rehabilitation, draw lessons from foreign countrys,raise train of thoughts and proposals about these problems,namely,the organizatons of employment injury insurance and injuried worker need to change their prejudices about vocational rehabilitation.Under the directions of right ideas of vocational rehabilitation,dealing well with relation between rehabilitation and compasate,choosing the right model of management of vocational rehabilitation,and unveiling fresh policy to help the injuried workers to find new works to advance the carrying out of vocational rehabilitation.
