The Dependablity Research On 'Doctrine On Yunqi' And The Clinical Characterization Of Lingnan Anemogenous Febrile Disease

The doctrine on yunqi is the ancient Chinese medicine climatologic theory.This theory explain fluctuation of climate and attack of disease by power or weaknees of Wuyunliuqi and their relationships.The doctrine of Yunqi was established in Han dynasty.Through Tang dynasty.Song dynasty.Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty for several hundred years.This theory has become the indispensable element of traditional Chinese medicine.Many clinical experts of past dynasties had continuosly been engaged in trails of application to clinical practice guidede by this theory and gainde many valuable results.This research try to analyze traits about morning symptoms of Anemogenous Febrile Disease by the doctrine on Yunqi.In order to find rule of these symptoms in relation to Yunqi of Wuzi year Great Heat to Jichou year Vernal Equinox. Relative ratio and analysis this rule with the People's disease characteristic which delineated by the original in〈Huangtineijing·Suwen〉.117 cases are enquired that got Anemogenous Febrile Disease in Wuzi year Great Heat Day to Jichou year Vernal Equinox Day(Jul 22,2008~Mar 19,2009),including their symptoms,tongue,pulse and Zheng.These enquired indexes are up to 78 in earlier period.Calculate the Yunqi when the patient got the disease.By analyzing difference of symptoms in different Wuyun or Liuqi,it is judged whether Yunqi can influence Anemogenous Febrile Disease.By analyzing difference of clinical symptoms occurrence rates about every index in Wuyun and Liuqi,it is judged whether Yunqi can influence occurrence rate of index.I also compare my results with relative origin of Canon classic in order to show difference between them.As a result.Most acute symptoms of Anemogenous Febrile Disease in occurrence rate haven' t been influenced by Yunqi of attack.The rest of indexes have been influenced by Yunqi of attack,In the Wuyun step or Liuqi step of highest occurrence rate.The occurrence machemism is analyzed by Yunqi.Indexes influenced by Yunqi aren't in accordance with deseription of Canon classic.According to the research,the Doctrine on Yunqi is valuable for understanding difference of symptoms occurrence rates under different climates.With features of respective Yunqi.Therapeutic principle of Yunqi is brought forward.
