Study Of Xijiaodihuang Compond Decoction's Effect On Treating Blood Stasis And Blood Heat Type Liver Cirrhosis

ObjectiveDiscussion Xijiao Dihuang Decoction' s effect on treating blood stasis and blood heat type liver cirrhosis.MethordSelect from October 2008 to January 2009 the Court of general surgery and Gastroenterology meet the inclusion criteria of blood stasis and blood heat liver cirrhosis 60 cases,they were randomly divided into Xijiao Dihuang Decoction treatment group(30 cases),and integrated Western medicine treatment group(30 cases).Xijiao Dihuang Decoction group was given Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(Ikuji 10g,Shuiniujiao15g,paeonol 10g,Chishao 15g, Danshen 10g,polygoni orientalis sub-15g,Baimaogen3Og,Plantago 15g, bidentata 10g,ruling 15g ),a total daily 10 days.Comprehensive treatment of Western medicine:The 150mg Ganlixin 150mg adding into 10%GS250ml intravenous infusion.A total of 10 days once a day.With jaundice,and adding 20ml of potassium-magnesium aspartate into 10%GS50ml.Serum albumin lower than 30g/l,with 20%human albumin infusion 50ml.Moderate ascites antisterone 40mg and Hydrochlorothiazide thiophene urine 25mg,daily for 2-3 times,orally; In severe cases,use of furosemide.Observe after treatment-related symptoms (including the main disorders,disease and Tongue times,changes in pulse), using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and in situ hybridization detection methods to measure the serum transforming growth factor and the level of gene expression smad4mRNA.ResultsTreatment group after treatment,TGF-β1 expression in the positive rate was 93.3%,significantly better than the control group(66.7%).Treatment group after treatment,the expression of liver tissue smad4mRNA positive rate is 93.3%,significantly better than the control group(73.3%).Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in treatment of blood stasis and blood heat hepatic cirrhosis, in the aspect of clinical test items,is better than the control group. ConclusionsXijiao Dihuang Decoction in treatment of the blood stasis and blood heat type hepatic cirrhosis,reversal of liver fibrosis,lower serum transforming growth factor and smad4mRNA and improving the clinical symptoms have a better effect.
