Clinical Observation Of Yi-chang-ning On Ulcerative Colitis Of Yang-deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory disease of unknown etio10gy in rectum and colon.The affection is confined to mucous membrane and submucosa of large intestine.Diarrhea,purulent stools and abdominal pain and so on are clinical manifestations of UC.And it has a chronic and recurrent course of disease.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yi-chang-ning for UC of Yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney.Method:Divided 60 UC patients into treatment group and control group, adopted Yi-chang-ning granule and SASP for treating to observe the changes of the clinical effects and mucous membrane.Results:The clinical overall effective rate of the treatment group is 86.7%.And the difference of the two groups was significant in statistics (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yi-chang-ning granule has good effects for treating the patients with UC.
