Objective:To investigate the epidemiologic and clinical features of seronegative liver diseases and guide diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical epidemiology survey methodology,retrospective analysis from January 2006 to December 2008 serological markers of hepatitis C virus-negative liver disease patients the medical records of 210 cases.Results:1,210 cases of liver disease patients,41 cases of drug-induced hepatitis(19.5%), of unknown causes 38 cases of liver disease(18.1%),alcoholic liver disease 30 cases(14.3 %),autoimmune liver disease in 23 cases(11.0%),liver and gallbladder surgery 23 cases of the disease(11.0%),malignancy in 14 cases(6.7%),non-alcoholic fatty liver in 11 cases(5.2%),genetic metabolic liver disease in 7 cases(3.3%),pregnancy acute fatty three cases of liver(1.4%),other diseases 20 cases(9.5%);2,autoimmune liver disease (including PBC,AIH,PSC,etc.) for the 0.35:1 ratio of men to women,alcohol-induced liver disease 29:1 ratio of men to women,liver and gallbladder disease Surgery 2.29:1 ratio of men to women;3,autoimmune liver patients in 46~55 age group the highest incidence (39.1%),in patients with alcoholic liver disease in 36 to 45-year-old highest incidence (36.7%),liver and gallbladder diseases and tumor surgery age at onset of illness to the elderly over the age of 66 and more See(respectively 30.4%,35.7%);4,liver disease and hepatobiliary autoimmune diseases performance of surgical jaundice in order to(for example,yellow sclera stained,urine color deepening);itching and autoimmune liver disease alcoholic liver disease was the highest rate of liver palms;drug-induced liver disease ALT,AST increased,increased TBIL autoimmune liver disease and autoimmune liver disease and liver and gallbladder surgery ALP,γ-GT increased the level of the most significant.Conclusions:1,the incidence of drug-induced liver disease in patients with Habitat in this group first,followed by unknown causes of liver disease,alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune liver diseases and diseases of Hepatobiliary Surgery;2,autoimmune liver disease in middle-aged women The highest incidence,in patients with alcoholic liver disease concentrated in the 36~45-year-old middle-aged Male,liver and gallbladder surgery and age at onset of tumor disease in the elderly over the age of 66 found;3,in patients with autoimmune liver diseases are often obvious jaundice,skin itching and other symptoms;alcoholic liver disease in patients with higher positive rate of liver palms;4, drug-induced liver disease more significantly elevated transaminase;5,autoimmune liver disease,cancer,liver and gallbladder in patients with surgical diseases of bilirubin,ALP,γ-GT than other diseases increased.
