Purpose:This research aim to investigate the mechanism which could regulate body temperature and dehydration via control excretion of hormone,when rates did middle intensity excise in Hyperthermia and higher humidity environment and try to value the effect of ingesting water and Beverage before rates did excise.This report tries to discovery the efficient methods to keep body from deep dehydration.Method:experiment condition is creating a chamber which temperature is 33℃and humidity is 75%.Consulting references,and calculates how many volumes of water and beverage and how many quantity of carbohydrate to rates.Adopting active membrane measures concentration of sodium,potassium;Adopting Freezing-Point Thermaodynamics measures osmolatily;Adopting immunoassay measures hormone.Adopting real time qPCR measures quantity of releasing AVP from hypothalamic cells.Result:(1)After heat stress rates' temperature will dome down and weight will badly loss significantly(p<0.05),Concentration of serum Na+ and Na+/K+ will go upward significantly(p<0.05),concentration of serum ANP will go downward(p<0.01).(2) After heat stress and prolonged exercise,stress will aggravate upward of body temperature and losing weigh;Concentration of Na+ and K+ has changed,Na+/K+ go downwards significantly(p<0.01). Osmolatily go upwards significantly(p<0.01).Concentration of serum ANP will go downward severely(p<0.01).(3) Ingesting wart before exercise rates' ph has significantly changed(p<0.05).(4)Ingesting beverage before exercise rates' ph,ALOD,ANP,AVP had been significantly promoted.(5) After heat stress and prolonged exercise,quantity of AVP released from hypothalamic cells had significantly been promoted (p<0.01).Conclusion:(1) During heat stress rates could cool themselves via promoted dehydration.At the same time,the function to preserve serum Na+ and secrete K+ was reinforced.(2) After heat stress and prolonged exercise rate had intense reaction.This effect results in upward of temperature and severely dehydration.In addition,this condition leads to osmolatily wards and feeds back to regulate hormone.At lease intensify the effort to protect Na+.(3) Ingesting water before stress could help body keep temperature and weight,but there is no significantly effort. At the other side,this plan will discount exercise capability in heat environment and decrease exercise time,and leads to little change in osmolatily and hormone.At least the effect of preserve serum Na+ and secrete K+ weaken than other groups.(4) Ingesting beverage before stress could extend exercise time but would promote temperature when rates were exhaustive,and boost up concentration of hormone to preserve serum Na+ and secrete K+,but the effect is less than other groups.(5) This experiment could indicate that the change tide of serum AVP is different from hypothalamic AVP.
