This paper aims to study the operation postoperative complications and their reasons of common intertrochanteric fracture fixation methods: dynamic hip / condylar screw (DHS / DCS), gamma nail (or its improver-PFN) and the bone plate, in order to provide reference for clinical work.By searching Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), CNKI , PUBMED and other specialized databases, to collect a large number of relevant documents, and summary and analysis, combined with my clinical, in accordance with the AO classification of intertrochanteric fracture common complications of internal fixation methods , summarized the reasons for failure to carry out and sum up to discuss the possible preventive and remedial measures.Summary were as follows: internal fixator improper selection, with the reconstruction of calcar femorale bad happened are an important reason for surgical complications; internal fixator placed in the wrong location and modus operandi, severe osteoporosis, fracture's reduction and adverse, severe comminuted fracture of bone defect without appropriate treatment, early weight-bearing and so on will increase the incidence of surgical complications. On the need for clinical prevention and treatment accordingly.
