Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is one of the main causes of the quinquagenarian to lumbocrural pain. The disease often occurs in women and incidence increased with age. The causes of disease can be summarized as disc degeneration, the morphological abnormality in lumbar facet joints, the chang of lumbar structure ,the chang of ligament and Osteoporosis etc. Clinical manifestations vary from person to person, the earliest symptom usually was lumbal pain and thigh pain, aggravated behind weariness from overwork , alleviated behind rest. The diagnosis of disease is not only needed to combine the clinical symptoms and signs but also image performance(Positive side X-ray, double inclined X-ray, flexation-extentiong X-ray, CT, MRI). The treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis was divided into non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment. However, there are still considerable controversy for the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis. Non-surgical treatment applies to patients with lesser symptoms, the main methods which can relieve symptoms and prevent the progress of spondylolisthesis have rest in bed, drug therapy, pelvic traction, etc. Conservative treatment may be considered invalid in patients with surgical treatment, surgical methods currently have a simple decompression, decompression and fusion, posterolateral fusion and posterior interbody fusion and so on. In recent years, some scholars applied non-fusion technology treatment degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis obtained good effect. At present, many scholars have significant differences to internal fixation Whether or not improved the clinical efficacy .
