Objective:Applied infrared digital camera to compare the pupillary constriction to the pilocarpine liposome and pilocarpine liquid,to distinguish the difference of them.Method:Use the infrared digital camera of sony F717 to record the dynamic variety of the pupil constrict response to the 1%pilocarpine liposome and the pilocarpine liquid in dark environment.Then deliver the datas to the computer,measure the datas by imagetool software,analysis the datas by the Sigamastat software.Results:In darkness,the pupil diameter of young is equally 6.8±0.643mm,the senior's is equally 4.4±0.447mm.T test t=16.1,p＜0.0001.In young,the time pupil begin constricting to the 1%pilocarpine liposome is equally 10.2±4.23 minute and equally 14.4±5.38 to the 1%pilocarpine liquid.T test t =-2.47,p=0.0193.In senior,the time pupil begin constricting to the 1%pilocarpine liposome is equally 12.0±3.30 minute,and equally 15.0±6.78 minute to the 1%pilocarpine liquid.T test t =1.08,p=0.3022;The 1%pilocarpine liposome can constrict the pupil to a minimum diameter of equally 3.6±0.828 mm in young,and equally 2.31±0.340mm in senior.T test t=6.86,p＜0.0001.Though,The 1%pilocarpine liquid can constrict the pupil to a minimum diameter of equally 4.03±0.816 mm in young,and equally 2.35±0.264mm in senior.T test t=4.95,p=0.0005;The pupil constricting range to 1%pilocarpine liposome is equally 3.43±0.604mm in young,equally 2.28±0.307mm in senior.T test t=8.07,p＜0.0001;The pupil constricting range to 1%pilocarpine liquid is equally 3.08±0.556mm in young,equally 2.15±0.194 in senior.T test t=3.89,p=0.0025;In statistics,to the pupil constrict velocity,there is no deference between young and senior,nor between liposome and liquid.The 1%pilocarpine liposome can keep constricting the pupil equally 23.42±6.97 hours,as the same time,the 1%pilocarpine liquid's is equally 6.78±1.70 hours.T test t=9.88,p＜0.0001.The 1%pilocarpine liposome do not lead to myopia and with litter by-effect at the same time.Conclutions:The pupil constricting effect of the 1%pilocarpine liposome is longer than the 1%pilocarpine liquid's.The 1%pilocarpine liposome do not lead to myopia and with litter by-effect at the same time.In statistics,there is no deference between 1%pilocarpine liposome and 1%pilocarpine liquid in pupil beginning constrict time,pupil constricting intensity,pupil constricting velocity.In statistics,there is no deference in pupil constricting effect to pilocarpine between young and senior.
