| In the previous experiments,we observed the blood flow changes caused by needling acupoints, meridional non-acupoints,and non-acupoints and explored a pathological model of obstructed channel by injecting polyacnylamide hydrogel. The polyacnylamide hydrogel can affect transmission of interstitial fluid pressure wave and the pain threshold of pigs, but the effects on acupuncture signals are to be studied. In addition, because the pathological model is established in pigs , to the people, the non-invasive blocking method in meridians - mechannical press need to be selected. Acupuncture can improve the transcutaneous carbon dioxide emissions (TCE), but if mechannical press can affect it or not, which need to be studied furtherly. The experiment based on theoretical basis of the low hydraulic resistance channel (LHRC) and the effects of mechannical press to the change of TCE by acupunture was observed in human. Simultaneously in pigs, the effects of blood flow in acupuncture after injecting polyacnylamide hydrogel was observed. This verified Zhang weibo's"neural and body liquid relaying transmission of acupuncture signals" hypothesis. The two experimentsThe took TCE and MVBP as indicators in order to reflect transmission of acupuncture signals and effects of signals' transmission when blocking medidians in two methods. The first experiment was observation on the influence of mechannical press to. the change of TCE by acupuncture. After needling Nei Guan(PC6) ,we observed the changes of TCE on Qu Ze (PC3), meridional non-acupoints, non-acupoints .Then pressing Xi Men (PC4) or Da Ling (PC7) with different pressures(1000g,500g,250g), we observed that changes of these measured points after needling again .The results showed that acupuncture can increase TCE on TCE on Qu Ze (PC3), meridional non-acupoints,and the changes of non-acupoints was not obvious. The increasing of Qu Ze (PC3) and meridional non-acupoints was not significant with pressures (1000g,500g) on Xi Men (PC4) but significant with 250g pressure. This showed that the mechannical press between the needling point and the measured points can block the transmission of acupuncture signals. Given press with the three kinds of different pressure on Da Ling (PC7) , the TCE of Qu Ze (PC3), the meridional non-acupoint both increased, but the 1000g, 250g increased obviously, 500g little higher. Non-acupoint changes was non-obvious. Needling far away acupuncture with 1000g press allows two-way spreading signals stopping at Da Ling .Then the power from the opposite direction of the conduction increased and a wider concentric diffusion emergenced , which leading to energy metabolism of various points increasing generally. The second experiment was observation on the influence of blocking LHRC by gel injection to blood flow effects of acupuncture. Afrer needling acupoints we observed the changes between the meridian area and the control area. Then injecting 0.5ml gel into LHRC ,we observed the blood flow changes of the two areas by acunpunture after blocking 1h and 1d.The results showed that acupuncture can improve the blood flow of the meridian area and the control area, but the meridian area increased more obvious than the control area. Whether injeceion by 1h, or 1d, the blood flow changes between the meridian area and the control area was not significant, this suggested that polyacnylamide hydrogel blocked the transmission of acupuncture signals in some extent. But injecting gel in the para-meridian control point in 1h,and 1d, we found that blood flow changes of the meridian area was more significant than that of the control area .This show that injecting polyacnylamide hydrogel in control point didn't affect the meridian area significantly. |
