Effects And Analysis Of Qishengtongmaifang On Lower Extremity Arterial Disease In Type 2 Diabetic Patients Related Factors

Objective:To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Qishengtongmaifang on lower extremity arterial disease in type 2 diabetic patients related factors.By detecting the indexes that the patients cured the front and back,such as clinical symptom scores,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids, blood rheology,maximum blood platelet aggregation rate,blood plasma endothelin,ABI,lower extremity arterial hemodynamics, to explore its clinical value.Method:1 60 cases of type 2 LEADDP patients according to the principle of randomization are divided into 2 groups:treatment group(30-cases) and control group(30 cases).Two groups of diabetic patients with the same basic treatment(including diabetes,education,diet therapy,exercise therapy,oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin injection),according to conventional methods to control fasting blood glucose＜8.0mmol/L and after a half months into the group, postprandial 2h plasma glucose＜10.0mmol/L.The control group was haven been added the Aspirin pills,0.1g,po,qd,treatment.On the basis of the control group the treatment group was have been added the Chinese herbal compound Qishengtongmaifang.Two groups were all for one-month course of treatment and two courses were observed.2 LaboratoriesAll patients were in before and after medication were used to detect the blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids,blood rheology,maximum blood platelet aggregation rate,plasma endothelin, ABI,lower limb arterial blood flow dynamics and so on.3 Safety ObservationBlood,urine,faeces routine test;liver and renal function; ECG;blood coagulation tests.The blood,urine,faeces routine test were inspected once a week.The liver and kidney function,ECG, blood coagulation were inspected once every two weeks.To observe the patients taking the drug whether there is uncomfortableness, and unifies the blood,urine,faeces routine test,the liver and kidney function,ECG and blood coagulation to observe this medicine whether or not have the toxic side effect.4 Statistical MethodsUses the SPSS13.0 statistics software to carry on the analysis, all measurement data expressed with the(?)±s,the counting data expressed with the percentage;The measurement data treats the before and after comparison with to pair the T-test,during two groups compares with the group T-test,the counting data uses the X~2 test.The ranked data uses Ridit analysis.Results:1 Treatment group total effective rate was 90.0%;while control group total effective rate was 66.7%;and the total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05). 2 Treatment group could improve the patients' clinical symptoms and signs,and the effects were better than control group(P＜0.05or P＜0.01).3 In the sides of blood lipid,hemorrheology,maximum blood platelet aggregationrate,plasma endothelin,ABI,lower extremity arterial hemodynamics and so on,the effects of treatment group were better than control group(P＜0.05or P＜0.01).But the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels were no significant change in two groups of patients after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The results of the clinical subjects showed that:the basic of conventional Western medicine treatment,combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qishengtongmaifang can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms,blood lipids,blood rheology,platelet aggregation,plasma endothelin.In improving the diabetes risk factors of thrombosis and improving microcirculation,correcting blood hypercoagulable state,as well as the prevention of vascular disease has played a positive role.It is a prevention and treatment of diabetes angiopathy an effectiveway.It bears the roleof regulation of multi-system,multi-target,the overall characteristics.
