| Treatment with traditional chinese medicinal composite is one of the most important charact eristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Studying material base of TCM composite and its mechanism is a key to modernizing the industry of Chinese medicinal herbs.Summation of chemical constituents is substancial base of pharmacodynamic TCM composite.The modern research indicated many kinds of chemical composition is the material base of TCM action,any compatibility effect all to be supposed to have certain chemistry indication.Reseaching on chemical constituents variance condition before and after the TCM compatibility is the important way of approaching compatibility rule of TCM.But at present domestic and foreign has not seen the literature report to erdong mastic chemical composition research,and the Pharmacology research aspect are really few.This article carries on the separation take erdong mastic as raw material to ingredient,obtains adenosine,diosgenin and sarsasapogenin.In order to establish foundation of studying on the TCM compound preparation,researching on extraction and isolation of active component in erdong mastic and the antioxidant activity of crude extract and variance condition before and after the TCM compatibility are focused on in this experiment.Using water decocting method to extract chemical constituents from erdong mastic and integrating macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography,sephadex gel to isolate.We obtained five monomer compounds(compoundâ… -compoundâ…¤),three compounds have been identified as adenosine,diosgenin and sarsasapogenin by physico-chemical property,spectrum analysis.That three compounds constituents were determined by HPLC,investigated their its variance condition and compared the content of con-saponin and total flavonoids in radix asparagi,radix ophiopogonis and erdong mastic were determined,the antioxidant activity of erdong mastic crude extract was determined by spectrophotometri,which set solid foundation for approaching compatibility rule of TCM.The content determination result indicated that the content of adenosine in erdong mastic is content generral averrage of false indigo herb before compatibility.The content of diosgenin and sarsasapogenin is cut down.The content of con-saponin is equal to the total con-saponin content of false indigo herb and total flavonoids is content generral averrage of false indigo herb before compatibility.The antioxidant activity of radix asparagi,radix ophiopogonis and erdong mastic was compared by DPPH·method,the results showed that the antioxidant activity of the erdong mastic crude extract was the strongest,illustrating that both of them antioxidant activity are enhanced after compatibility.For the radix ophiopogonis,the antioxidant activity of the n-butanol and CHCL3 layer was the strongest.Textual new ideas:·Researching on chemical composition of erdong mastic,We obtained five monomer compounds for the first time.·The method which was used for quantitating adenosine,diosgenin and sarsasapogenin from erdong mastic by HPLC was established.·The antioxidant activity of radix asparagi,radix ophiopogonis and erdong mastic crude extract was determined by DPPH·method. |
