The Clinical Study Of Fuxueping Granule In Treating Juvinile Anovulatory Dysfunctiona Uterine Bleeding With Bolld Stasis And Caloric And Qi Deficiency Syndromeand

Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect of Fuxueping Granule in treating juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with hot blood and qi deficiency form and its mechanism. Methods:60 cases of juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Blood Stasis and Caloric and Qi deficiency form , were divided randomly into the treatment group (30 cases, treated with FXPG), the control group (30 case,treated with ZKC). The hemostasis effect,the improvements of clinical symptoms and prothrombrn time(PT)and activated partial prothrombrn time(APTT), the Endometrial thickness in change. Results:The clinical total efficiency is 96.67% in treament group,and 63.33% in control group,there is significent difference between them(P<0.05);The improvements of clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them(P<0.05). The contents of Endometrial thickness and ET-1 of two groups were less than before treatment, meanwhile ,the shorting of PTand APTT in treatment group are significent difference between pretreatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).The difference is significent compared with control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The hemostatic effect of Fuxueping Granule in treating juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding With Blood Stasis and Caloric and Qi deficiency Syndromeand were obvious. The effect may be achieved through improvement of microcirculation,enhance immune function; improve uterine local micro- environment, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and other relevant factors.
