In the modified Barthel Index(MBI) score of observation, four weeks after treatment,8 weeks after the follow-up group compared with the control group, there was significant difference(p<0.05).4.4 weeks after the treatment group and the HAMD score Fugl-meyel motor function score were analyzed, the observation group and the HAMD score Fugl-meyel motor function score of the existence of a close correlation.Conclusion1.Psychosocial rehabilitation in improving post-stroke depression in patients with depression at the same time help to improve motor function in patients.2.Psychosocial rehabilitation help to improve post-stroke depression in patients with activities of daily living.3.The improvement of motor function could contribute to post-stroke depression in patients with depression improved.
