Objective:Objective evaluation Qing fei hua tan granule to young child acute tracheobronchitis treatment result,And performs to its security to appraise.The method:Stochastically divides 75 cases Acute Tracheobronchitis trouble into two groups,experimental group 45 cases use the basic treatment of Western medicine and the Qing fei hua tan granule to take orally the treatment.The control group 30 cases use the same basic treatment of Western medicine and the xiao er hua tan zhi ke granule to take orally the treatment. The treatment course is 7 days.Around observes two groups to treat the clinical symptom,the clinical signs,and the adverse reactions in the course of treatment.The result:The total effective rate in experimental group was 95.56%, and the control group was76.67%,Efficacy of the experimental group than the control group effect(P＜0.05);To improve the cough,the expectoration,the fever,the dysphoria,the thirst,the oliguria,the constipation there is significant difference(P＜0.05).Efficacy of the experimental group than the control group effect.Not the good reaction reactivity rate has no obvious difference between the two groups(P＞0.05),The treatment group is comparatively as the comparison group.The conclusion:Qing fei hua tan granule have the good treatment result also thenon-toxic side effect to the young child Acute Tracheobronchitis,has the important clinical practice value.
