The Impact Of Xintong Capsule On The Patients With Unstable Angina Clinical Efficacy And C-Reactive Protein

Objectives:To observe the effect of xintong capsule treating unstable angina and the impact of plasma C- reactive protein,discuss the mechanism of xintong capsule and provide a theoretical basis for the drug.Methods:Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm will type in patients with unstable angina is divided into 60 cases of xintong 30 cases of capsule group,the control group(Tongxinluo group) 30 cases.Capsule xintong UA in the conventional treatment group based on the given xintong 2 capsule,3 times the oral;treatment for 3 months.UA in the control group conventional treatment based on the given Tongxinluo 2,3 oral,treatment for 3 months.Clinical efficacy were observed and reflected on the C protein(CRP) impact. The two groups in age,gender,disease duration and clinical condition of general information such as no significant difference.Results:After treatment,two groups of patients there has been a marked improvement in the treatment group compared with the control group There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Angina pectoris in patients with the treatment group the total effective rate was 90.00%,better than the control group 86.67%,but did not reach statistical significance(P>0.05).Treatment group and control group ECG efficient and 86.60%respectively 90.00%,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Symptoms in the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the two groups can improve chest tightness,chest pain,heart palpitations,shortness of breath and other Qi-deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm angina main, sub-disease performance of the TCM symptoms compared efficacy between the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).In improving the level of CRP,CRP levels after treatment were significantly reduced compared with before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01),the two groups on the improvement of the role of CRP by the statistical analysis no significant difference(P> 0.05),and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Xintong Capsule is good forYiqihuoxue and Ditankaiqiao,ton the chest (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm-type) were effective;Xintong capsule for unstable angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease have a better therapeutic effect;heart capsule to reduce coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina serum C-reactive protein's role,and its efficacy and role weigh againstTongxinluo Capsule.
