Investigation On The Effects Of Chinese Medicine Of Zishuihanmu Methods On Preventing And Treating The Disorder Of Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis During Glucocorticoid Treating Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To study preventive and therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine of Zishuihanmu methods on disorder of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPAA) during glucocorticoid(GC) treating primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS).Methods:44 patients of PNS were divided into 2 groups.Each group is 22 cases.On the basis of necessary treatment,patients of treatment group took the Shiweiyangyin Decoction and control group took the Liuwei Dihuang Pill.Therapeutic effect was observed 8 weeks.To register the treatment fore-and-aft quantification scores of the symptoms in Chinese medicine for the main clinical symptoms of patients.Inspect the changes of Cor,ACTH,24HUPQ,ALB,TC,TG,Bun,Scr and analyze the data by the statistics.Results:1.The both groups had good influence on the total effective rate.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).2.The effects of clinical symptoms of treatment group were better than the control group(P＜0.01).3.The treatment group could prevent the decreasement of ACTH and Cor.The effect was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.Shiweiyangyin Decoction could regulate the disorder of HPAA during GC treating PNS.2.The therapeutic effects of Shiweiyangyin Decoction were better than the Liuwei Dihuang Pill.
