Objective:To explore the application of elbow extensor orthosis bit of post-stroke upper limb spasticity of hemiplegic upper limb dystonia And the impact of motor function to find an effective treatment of post-stroke upper limb spasticity clinical methods. Methods:The clinical research process to collect cases of 60 cases of cpc,in accordance with the principle of random, divided into experimental group and control group(n = 30 cases). The control group therapy using needles and culture(the first point of anti-spasm cluster-needling acupuncture -rehabilitation training)" once a day, treatment month.Culture and Sport in the treatment group therapy based on acupuncture, the increase in spaces with upper-limb orthosis elbow extensor(home-made splint) treatment.5 hours daily wear.Elbow fixed in extension, and one month after the modified Ashworth spasticity based on ratings and simplify the Fugl-Meyer motor score, ADL indicators of efficacy were assessed. Results:After one month of treatment, two groups of patients with spastic flexion of upper limbs were improved, two groups of patients before treatment and improved after treatment compared to Ashworth grade, activities of daily living score, there is a marked improvement,(P<0.05),extremity motor function compared with before treatment, there is significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group compared to the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Effective rate was 86.7%.Conclusion:1.The application of digital extensor elbow orthosis to improve post-stroke hemiplegic upper limb spasticity effectively2.Extensor orthosis elbow-bit applications can improve the upper limb of spastic hemiplegic patients the degree of motor function, and can effectively improve the daily lives of patients with capacity.
