The Expression Of MIF In The Serum,Decidua,Chorion Of UERSA Patients

Objective:Understand the level of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) of unexplained early recurrent spontaneous abortion patients and normal early pregnancy women in serum,decidua,chorion.Discuss the relationship between the expression levels of human serum,decidua,chorionic MIF and the unexplained early recurrent spontaneous abortion patients,while test the clinical significance of the expression level.Methods:The clinical research was a control clinical study.The number of the two group were 30.The research group was patients with unexplained early recurrent spontaneous abortion(UERSA) while the control group was patients with normal early pregnancy women(normal pregnancy):1.ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) assayed concentrations in peripheral blood of research group and control group and statistic comparison was performed.2.Real-time fluorescence reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detected the level of MIF in both research group and control group,and then compared the differences.Results:In serum,decidua,chorion,the level of MIF in research group and control group:1.The peripheral blood concentrations of MIF in research group and control group:The peripheral blood concentrations of MIF in research group was 10.98±3.02ng/ml,while the peripheral blood concentrations of MIF in control group was 17.53±5.34ng/ml,the level of serum MIF in research group was less than which of control group,P<0.05.2.The level of decidua MIF in research group and control group:In research group,the decidua△Ct,△△CT,2^{-△△CT} were 8.84±0.93,2.41±0.93,0.97±0.58. While,in control group,that were 6.44±1.09,0.00±1.09,1.20±0.85 respectively.That was to say,the level of decidua MIF in research group was less than which of control group,P<0.05.3.The level of chorionic MIF in research group and n control group:In research group,the chorionic△Ct,△△CT,2^{-△△CT} were 14.66±1.79,0.22±1.79,0.022±0.001, respectively;while,in control group that were 8.43±1.24,0.00±1.24,1.29±1.11.That was to say,the level of chorionic MIF in research group was less than which of control group P<0.05.4.The correlation analysis of serum and decidua,chorionic MIF:Between serum MIF and decidua or chorionic MIF,had positive correlation,r was 0.78,0.69, respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The level of decidua,chorionic MIF in research group was less than which of control group.2.The peripheral blood concentrations of MIF in research group was less than which of control group.The most important was,the level of serum MIF was positively related to MIF-mRNA expression of villi,decidual tissue,it may be a effective monitoring incidence of UERSA.
