A Prevalence Survey On Acute Abdomen Of Surgery In 5 Medical Centers Located In The BOHAI Rim Region

Objective:Carry out a retrospective case study in the BOIHAI rim region to understand acute abdomen of surgery for age,sex ratio and sequence,surgical treatment,mortality and other data,provide data for the basis of scientific research work.Methods:Five medical centers located in the BOIHAI rim region were involved in this study collecting the basal data in the patients documents of acute abdomen of surgery,outputting file into EXCEL for statistical analysis.Results:Obtained sequence of acute abdomen of surgery,male and female ratio was 1.1028,the average age was 51.07±19.01 years old,the operation rate was 62.05%, mortality rate was 0.77%,and 95.30%efficient treatment.Conclusion:The incidence of acute appendicitis in acute abdomen of surgery is still the first,accounting for about one-third.Acute biliary disease and acute pancreatitis was a marked increase in the incidence trend and incidence of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation downward trend.Significant gender difference disease in acute abdomen of surgery included biliary disease,more women than men(about 3:2),abdominal trauma,gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,incarcerated hernia more men than women (ratio,respectively 3:1,4:1,5:1).The incidence of acute abdomen of surgery most occurred in the age during 50～59,acute appendicitis and abdominal trauma in 20～29, acute cholangitis and incarcerated hernia in 70～79.Operation in incarcerated hernia, acute appendicitis and acute cholecystitis got the best treatment results.The overall mortality rate of acute abdomen of surgery showed a clear downward trend.The mortality rate in elderly was about 1.39 percent,doubling the risk of death.
