| Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the therapeutical effect of Billroth-Ⅱtype subtotal gastrectomy on typeⅡdiabetes.Methods:Sixty-one patients were allocated into two groups according to whether or not combined with typeⅡdiabetes.Twenty-one patients combined with typeⅡdiabetes as experimental group,40 patients without typeⅡdiabetes as control group.Every patients were measured the blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulinum,C peptide,blood fat,blood pressure and BMI value before Billroth-Ⅱtype subtotal gastrectomy and at the 1,3,7,14,28,56 day postoperation.Then every patients were followed up at the 3,9,12,24 month postoperation.Results:There was no significiently changes of the indexs before and post Billroth-Ⅱtype subtotal gastrectomy between the two groups (P>0.05).In experimental group,the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were recovered to normal at the 1 month postoperation in 16/21 patients(P<0.05),without depending on food control or drugs administrating;Insulinum,C peptide gradually increased and blood fat decreased postoperation(P<0.05).The blood glucose moderately decreased in 3/21 patients,but there were no significantly difference among them before and postoperation(P>0.05).The blood glucose of 2/21 patients did not change before and postoperation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Billroth-Ⅱtype subtotal gastrectomy has positive therapeutical effect on typeⅡdiabetes,and should be further studied with larger sample size in future. |
