Objective:To investigate the phase change of vascularendothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression inlaser-induced choroidal neovascularization(CNV) in rats and the influence of TTT,discuss the mechanism of TTT and provide a new theoretical basis.Methods:27 healthy gray rabbits,they were randomly divided into normal control group, laser photocoagulation group,TTT treatment group.Laser photocoagulation group Krypton multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation induced by excessive choroidal neovascularization, and the TTT treatment group was 30 minutes after laser photocoagulation,and in accordance with the Design Department aim to TTT photocoagulation treatment of injury.Normal control group in the extracted samples before photocoagulation,photocoagulation and TTT treatment group after treatment in 1 day,3 days,7 days,14 days of the extract samples.Extraction of specimens before the intramuscular injection Sumianxin injection(0.20~0.30) ml / kg of narcotic,scattered large pupil,fundus photography and FFA inspection,execution,rapid removal of the eye,to obtain materials,paraffin-embedded,HE staining,VEGF immunohistochemical staining.Optical microscope choroidal retinal photocoagulation damage Organi -zation Department of the change,the use of Image-ProPlus6.0 software VEGF-positive staining of the average optical density(MOD) measurements,all data are SPSS12.0 for Windows software package for processing,the final statistical analysis.Results:Under the light microscope,in each time choroid dropsy situation of TTT treatment group is slighter than pure photocoagulation group.choroidal blood vessels of pure photocoagulation group is eary expansive than TTT group,Department of retinal injury is to accelerate the repair of scar.1 day after photocoagulation,VEGF expression was significantly increased,the 3 and 7 day showed strong positive expression,the 14 day was significantly weakened.In the TTT treatment group 1 day after,the expression of VEGF was increased,3 and 7 days showed sustained expression of strong positive,2 weeks significantly decreased (P<0.05).Treatment group at the same time choroidal retinal VEGF expression when compared to 1 day,3 days,7 days were lower than photocoagnlation alone group(P<0.05 ),14 days no significant difference(P>0.05 )Conclusion:In the laser-induced choroidal neovascularization early,partial retinal choroidal tissue expression of VEGF protein is increased.TTT can inhibit VEGF protein expression in the laser-induced choroidal neovascularization in the early and accelerate the laser-induced damage of retinal choroidal department to repair the scar.Tip:TTT can inhibit the VEGF protein expression increased of choroidal neovascularization in the early,in order to prevent and control the CNV generation,to avoid the progression of the disease caused by the late and irreversible damage to the visual function.
