The Investigation Of Radiation Safety And Safety Culture Of Medical Sanitation Vocation In Certain District

Objective:This research aims to offer basic or reference informationes for hygiene superintend and instituting or consummating radiological hygiene laws and regulations by investigating the attention and construction of radiation safety and safety culture of medical sanitation vocation in Suzhou and Sanmenxia city.Methods:Design questionnaires,percentage medical units or personnel which apply ionizing radiation and registered in administration center of Suzhou and Sanmenxia city are included.The above selected medical units or personnel are completely investigated by investigators from radiation protection training center which is accredited by ministry of environmental protection and Suzhou CDC,district and county under the same condition of quality control.The investigators are assumed by radiological hygiene administrative personneles who are trained and senior training teachers so that the reliability can be guaranteed.The questionnaires are collected and checked to be made integrity.The information obtained from investigation are established and analyzed by statistical software SPSS13.0.Results:1.The investigation includes 443 personnel which distribute in the 42 hospitals Of Suzhou and Sanmenxia city.2.The radiation safety and safety culture are different among different property and grade hospitals of medical sanitation vocation in Suzhou and Sanmenxia city.There are also different among employees about the recognition and reconstruction of radiation safety and safety culture.Medical sanitation vocation in Suzhou is better than that in Sanmenxia in the reconstruction and construction of radiation safety and safety culture.(1) The radiation safety and safety culture are different among property and grade hospitals of medical sanitation vocation.Higher grade and government hospitales are better than lower grade and property hospitales.(2) The leaders attention to the construction of radiation safety and Safety culture of high grade and government hospitales are better than other grade and property hospitals.(3) The manager of radiaotherapy medicine division do better than radiology division about attention and construction of radiation safety and safety culture.There are no obviously difference in responses of employees among different division.(4) The attention and construction of radiation safety and safety culture in employees are related to their job's property,educational background,and working lifetime.The employees with high educational background are better than others.Doctors do better than technicianes as well.The employees with high and middle level do better than low level,but there is no obviously difference betweeen high and middle level with professional title factors.(5) The medical sanitation vocation in Suzhou do better than Sanmenxia about attention and construction of radiation safety and safety culture,but some indexes in Sanmenxia and Suzhou are defect.Conclusion:1.As a whole,the construction of radiation safety and safety culture is at a good level in Suhzou and Sanmenxia,but there are obvious differences among different property and grade hospitals.Every hospital should try their best to fill gaps and lack of the construction of the safety culture.2.The attention of the decision stratum of hospital,the management stratum of division and the staff personal is the main reason for difference of radiation safety and safety culture.
