Relativity Study Between Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis Of The Femoral Head TCM Differentiation Syndrome And Joint-Preserving Procedured Curative Effect

Objective:1.To study the clinical significance of the changes of Hemorheology, D-dimer and Lipid of different pattern of syndromes.2.To study the clinical significance of Hemorheology and D-dimer and Lipid of Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head.Methods:To collect 89 cases that had been confirmed to be SONFH from the 1^st affiliated hospital of GuangZhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Record all patients' general information,symptom,examination data,faculty inspection.Establishment databade and analytica the data.To analysis the relations between all kinds of syndromes and different kinds of faculty inspection.Results:1.The pattern of syndromes are correlated of qi stagnation and blood stasis are high of whole blood viscosity,total cholesterol and D-dimer(P＜0.01).2.The pattern of syndromes are correlated with mild pain are more lower of whole blood viscosity and red blood cell accumulation index(P＜0.01).The pattern of syndromes are correlated with mild pain are more higher of D-dimer(P＜0.01).Conclusion:1.Most of the patiens had been confirmed to be SONFH are between 20 to 40 years old.2.The patients with SONFH Differerntiatation Syndrome of TCM be related to Hemorheology,D-dimer and Lipid.3.Tbe pain of the patients with SONFH are related to Hemorheology and Lipid.4.After treatment,the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis are less pain than the syndrome of cold-damp obstructing collaterals and the syndrome of impairment of liver and kidney.
