Clinic Study On The Optimization Scheme Of Simple Obesity

Objective:Simple Obestity is a disease which have no significant endocrine metabolic disease.It is kind of obesity that fat accumulation caused by more calories absorbance than digestion.Basing on consulting relative literatures and summarizing a great deal of clinic case history,this paper would evaluated the method of improving the endomorphs to be better;and discussed the functional medical mechanism of treatment group.Besdes,method of the control group would be compared with the treatment group' s,so to absorb that would there be some differentiation between those two method.The possible factor which cause the differentiation woule also be diacussed.Methods:60 patients who diagnosed as Simple Obestity were randomly divided into treatment group and control group averagely.The treat main points were Zhongwan,Zusanli,Tianshu,Qihai;With diffrerentiation of syndromes,Patients which in the observation group were use:type of Stomach-heat dampness-retention: Zhongwan,Zusanii,Tianshu,Neiting,Quchi,Shuifen;type of Splenic deficienc&dampness-retention:Zhongwan,Zusanli,Tianshu,pishu,Sanyinjiao, yinlingquan;type of Stagnation &Stagnancy of liver-qi:Zhongwan,Tianshu Ganshu,Qimen,Jianshi,Taichong;type of yang deficiency of spleen-qi and heart-qi:Zhongwan,Zusanli,Tianshu,Xishu,Shenmen,fenglong;type of yin deficiency & Endogenous heat:Zusanli,Tianshu Shenshu,Ganshu,Taixi,Sanyin -jiao.One period of treatment has ten times,observation of the clinic effect would be take after 3 periods.Besides,statistical software of spss16.0 were used to deal with the data.Metric data were described by mean and standard deviation((?)±s).Test of Chi-square,T,Ridit were used to deal with date of the research.Results:1.The weight losing effective rate were 73.33%in the observation group,and 80%in the control group;The BMI values decreasing effective rate were 36.67%in the observation group,and 46.67%in the control group;The waistline effective rate were 93.33%in the observation group,and 80%in the control group.Both groups shown distinctive effect on upper there pats(p＜0.01).2.The results obtained from observed group for the decrease values of the patients' weight and BMI valus had no significant with the control group(p＞0.05).While there was significant difference on decreasing waistline between observation group and observation group(p＜0.05).3.0n syndromes-improvement, both group shown siginificant effect(p＜0.01),with highly differentiation(p＜0.05).Conclusions:1.regulation human constitution was the best therapeutic scheme for Simple Obestity and long term outcome was better.2.both methods has effect on tearing Simple Obestity.The two method had no significant difference on decreasing the weight and BMI.However on decreasing the waistline,method of the observation group had better effect than the observation group' s.3.on syndromes-improvement,both methods were effect-tire, but method of the obsernation group had more better effect than the mothod of normal acupuncture points getting by differentiation of syndrome.4. improving the endomorphs is more pronounced effect,stable and durable on long-term effect.5.the observation group' s ideas and methods of treatment were more likely to accept by patients,the patient would actively cooperate with the doctor.
