Clinical Research On The Effect Of Cinnamon Twig, Peony, Anemarrhena Decoction On Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) With Anemofrigid-damp Arthralgia

Objective:To observe the effect of Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhe-na Decoction in improving symptom and vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and study its curative effects.and discuss the Curative effect mechanisms of Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction in treating RA.Methods:60 patients with RA were randomly devided into the testing group with Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction(30 cases) and the control group with Tripterygium wilfordii tables(30 cases).Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 43.3%in the treatment group,Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction has demonstrated consistent evidence of more effective than Tripterygium wilfordii tables alone;the treatment group was superior to the control group in some indices including picture of the tongue,manifestations of the pulse.Cinnamon Twig, Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction remarkably reduced the index levels of blood such as ESR,RF,CRP,VEGF.Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction alleviated the clinical manifestations such as arthralgia,tumefaction,limitation of movement,morning stiffness and so on.Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction was effective and safe in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Conclusion:1.Cinnamon Twig,Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction amelioration the syndrome of TCM and the index of laboratory Obviously;2.Cinnamon Twig, Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction remarkably reduced the index levels of blood such as ESR,RF,CRP and the level of VEGF in blood-serum;3.Cinnamon Twig, Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction has demonstrated consistent evidence of more effective than Tripterygium wilfordii tables alone,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in amelioration of symptom.Cinnamon Twig, Peony,Anemarrhena Decoction remarkably reduced the index levels of laboratory.
