Clinical Study Of Liuweidihuang Decoction On Treating T2DM With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of treating T2DM with Deficiency of Qi and Yin Stasis Syndrome and explore the mechanism.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(30cases) was treated with Liuweidihuang Decoction,the control group (30cases) was treated with Xiaokewan.One month was set as a course of treatment,treat three courses.Were compared between the two groups before and after treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome total score,after the comprehensive effete of the treatment,treatment before and after the clinical symptoms score.Results:Two groups with age,disease and Chinese medicine symptoms,signs and other general information before the treatment showed no significant difference.The treatment group of 30 cases,15 cases markedly effective, effective in 11 cases,4 cases invalid,and the total efficiency of 86.7%.The control group of 30 cases,8 cases markedly effective,effective in 11 cases, 6 cases of invalid,and the total efficiency of 80.0%.The treatment group got better effects than the control group in alleviating the systems,healing the ulcers up.Conclusion:Liuweidihuang Decoction is an effective medicament of treating T2DM with Deficiency of Qi and Yin Stasis Syndrome,which can moderate the clinical symptoms.
