| Objective:To observe the clinical effect and blight of QingWeiQuShi Fang(QWQSF)to treat patients with chronic superficial gastritis(CSG) belong to Spleen-Stomach Damp-heat and Stagnation of liver-qi Syndromes,by TCM Bianzheng.Objective evaluate usefulness and safeties of QWQSF in its treatment of CSG,inquiry into its function mechanism,in order to hospital preparation' s further research and development of pre-clinical and lay a good foundation.Methods:1.Observation of 60 eligible cases were from March 2007 to August 2008 to see a doctor in digest department of internal medicine specialist of the second Chinese medicine hospital in Guangdong Province,belong to Spleen-Stomach Damp-heat and Stagnation of liver-qi Syndromes.Randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases according to the order of succession.Two groups in age,gender,disease duration and severity of illness and total score of Chinese medicine symptoms of pre-treatment aspects was no significant difference,have the comparability (P＞0.05).2.The treatment group was treated with QingWeiQuShi Fang which was made up of Taraxacum mongolicum Hands Melia toosendan Sieb,Corydalis yanhusuo and so on,a dose of 300ml p.d.drink 150ml in the morning and 150ml in the evening, while the control group was treated with SanJiuWeiTai Keli,1 piece,tid.Two groups take the medicine for 28 days.Before and after treatment two groups make safely checking and effectly observation. 3.Copare the total score of Chinese medicine symptoms of before and after treatment aspects,Integrated effect after treatment,Before and after treatment in every clinical symptom score.4.The data use SPSS15.0 statistical software to analysis.Level data using Ridit analysis,Count data using x~2 test,measurement data using t test.Results:1.The result of the treatment group clinical be fully recovered 50%, produce effects 43.3%,effective power 3.3%,fail to respond to medical treatment 3.3%,general effect rate was 96.7%,but The result of the control group clinical be ful-ly recovered 26.7%,produce effects 46.7%,effective power 13.3%,fail to respond to medical treatment 13.3%,general effect rate was 86.7%.Two general effect rate had no significant differences(P＞0.05); two clinical be fully recovered and produce effects had significant differences(p＜0.05);two Chinese medicine symptom integral calculus after treatment were siginficantly different from those before treatment,the treatment group and the control group balance.2.The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of midsectional distension,stomachache,nausea and vomiting,emotional factors,tongue(P＜0.05).While copared with the control group,the improvement of mouth dry and pain,poorly stool,loss of appetite,acid regurgitation,and eructation had no significant differences(P＞0.05).3.Clinical trial did not see the obviously bad reaction.We had not found significant side effect to suffer liver kindney function etc.Comelusion:QingWeiQuShi Fang was a satety valid,resolution quick effective preparation of Chinese medicine with the funiction in treating Spleen-Stomach Damp-heat and Stagnation of liver-qi Syndromes of chronic superficial gastritis. |
