The Observation Of YiYangQingYouFang's Curative Effect In Treating Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis

Since Warren and Marshall had found helicobacter pylori in 1983,people in the medical field have been being regardful of it.In the recent 10 years,most of the clinical researches have proved helicobacter pylori is the most factor of chronic gastritis.The study on helicobacter pytori associated gastritis is always the focus.So far the mechanism of helicobacter pylori has been learned,and the precepts that antibiotics are been used to eradicate helicobacter pylori have been improved.As other infections are treated,treating on infection caused by helicobacter pylori has contradiction between positive and side effects.The study use yiyangqingyoufang in order to find a different method that causes less side effect and costs less to treat helicobacter pylori associated gastritis as wel as the western medicines do,if not better.Purpose:Curative effect of yiyangqingyoufang in treating helicobacter pylori associated gastritis is observed and it can provide proof for treatment using herbs on helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.Yiyangqingyoufang has the function of clearing heat and expelling dampness,regulating the actitivity of liver qi,promoting blood circulation and releasing pain etc.Method:The objects of this study are those patients whose stomachs are warmer as well as moister and their liver qi is irregular in terms of the Chinese medicine.Sixty patients with helicobacter pylori associated gastritis are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which have no distinct difference in the sex,age and the degree of the illness.The patients in the treatment group are treated with yiyangqingyoufang,hnd the patients in the control group are treated with the western medicines,colloidal bismmth pectin,amoxicillin and arilin.For most kinds of medicines,the time of therapy is four weeks while that of the antibiotics is two weeks.Before and after the treatment,all the patients are observed clinical symptom integrals and the rate of curing HPfor good.The results from the two groups will be compared to further confirm the value of yiyangqingyoufang in clinical use.Result:Clinical symptom effect:The treatment group is better than the control group in the improvement of the main symptoms(P＜0.05).The recovered rate of the treatment group is 26.67%,significant effect rate is 40%,effect rate is 20%,inefficiency rate is 13.33%;recovered rate of the control group is 13.33%,significant effect rate is 33.33%,effect rate is 13.33%, inefficiency rate is 40%.Tested by Rank sum test,it shows the treatment group is better than the control group in curative effect(P＜0.05).The rate of curing HP for good:The treatment group' s rate of curing HP for good is 66.67%;the control group's is 36.67%.Analyzed by x~2 Test,significant difference is found between the two group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Using yiyangqingyoufang to treat helicobacter pylori associated gastritis has better clinical symptom effect,the higher rate of curing HP for good than the control group treated by the western medicines.Compared with the western therapy,it has the merit of significant clinical symptom improvement,less side effect,no obvious character of counteracting drug,low price and better application.Therefore it is recommended to popularize application.
