The Clinical Study Of Quyoulin And Interferon's Treatment For Condyloma Acuminatum's Recurrence Which After Laser Operation

Objective:The article shows thc clinical application of Quyoulin and intcrfcron's combincd function on Condyloma acuminatum and observes the clinical results in reducing the recurrence rate which after operated by Laser so as to discuss the superiority.Methods:Selected 60 Condyloma acuminatum patients who matched with the concerned standard as example,and stochastically divided into Treatment group and Compare group,30 person per group.Total 60 patient were vaporized the Condyloma and skin mucous membrane organization of the acetic acid white masculine region by using the CO₂ laser(Beijing Laser Group Corporation,LJL025-CA) so as to deeply treat the dermis shallow layer,then applied Mopiluoxing ointment around the Condyloma to prevent partial infection.3 days after the operation,those in Compare group were injected interferon 3,000,000 U) to the Condyloma base part twice a week lasted.And Treatment group first carried on the same injection as above, then gave Quyoulin 150ml as oral administration twice per day;The treatment course for each group was 4 weeks.After the course,followed up the patients monthly and 3 months later, observed two groups' patients status and recorded the recrudescence situation.Results:1.Treatment group after treatment were followed up for 1 month,2 month,3 month recurrence rates were 3.33%,3.33%,0;Compare group,the recurrence rates were 16.67%, 6.67%,3.33%,the follow-up phase of the relapse rate by statistical treatment(χ² = 8.41,P＜0.05),two groups with significant difference.2.Treatment group and Compare group relapse frequency by statistical treatment(χ² = 10.00,P＜0.05),two groups have significant difference.3.Clinical Efficacy Assessment of the two groups:treatment group,two cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate 6.67%(93.33%cure rate);Compare group,eight cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate 26.67%(73.33%cure rate).Clinical efficacy of the two groups by the statistical treatment(χ² = 4.32,P＜0.05),two groups have significant difference.Conclusions:Quyoulin and Interferon's combined curation had significant superiority in reducing the recurrence rate and improving the cure rate,especially compared with the sole western medicine.
