Clinical Study Of Operation Methods Of Lower Cervical Fracture-Dislocation With Spine Cord Injury

Objective Discuss the operation methods and effect of lower cervical fracture-dislocation with spine injury.Method 138 patients received ASIA score and operation,of which 90 cases received anterior approach operation,36 cases received posterior approach operation and 12 cases received anterior-posterior approach operation.Result Purpose expected was achieved without dead case,incision infection,nerve injury and symptoms related to internal fixation.5 cases with lung infection and 7 cases with urinary system infection.ASIA scores(14d after operation) grew higher respectively.Conclusion It's an effective way in which we remove compression to spine or nerve root for cases with lower cervical fracture-dislocation with spine injury to receive early discompression and reduction treatment.
