Moyamoya disease(MMD) is a cerebrovascular disorder characterized by progressive stenosis and occlusion of the bilateral internal carotid arteries(ICA),the anterior arteries(ACA),the middle arteries(MCA) and the posterior cerebral arteries (PCA) or its terminal branches, resulting in the formation of abnormal collateral vessels at the circle of the Willis.Preoperative and postoperative pations are undertaken perfusion imaging by Multi-slice Spiral Computerized Tomography(MSCT),which can know the change of cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV) and time to peak(TP) of cerebral ischemic regions. Objective:By performing perfusion imaging with moyamoya disease pations, this study aims to know the preoperative and postoperative change of cerebral hemodynamics, compromising in cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume and time to peak, and then to provide a evaluative method for dealing with moyamoya disease clinically.Materials and methods:This study collected a total of 30 cases of patients with smoke, the oldest is 49 years old and the youngest was 13 years old, average age was 33.8 years old, male 14 cases,16 cases of women. All patients are performed with perfusion imaging by using Siemens operation Plus4 CT,images obstained are post processed by using specialized software,Analyzing preoperative and postoperative CBF,CBV and TP of ischemic regions, comparing preoperative parameters with postoperative parameters, which can know hemodynamics change information.Results:30 patients an average cerebral blood flow before surgery, the average cerebral blood volume and the average time to peak were(42.7±10.6) ml/min/100g,(3.88±0.59) ml/100g,(19.3±1.8)s,The average post-operative cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume and the average time to peak were(54.3±6.5) ml/min/100g,(4.46±0.75) ml/100g,(14.6±1.7)s,P<0.05,Significant difference between the two are statistically significant.Conclusions:①Spiral CT perfusion imaging technology is mature, simple, well reflected the hemodynamics of brain tissue, and provided an imaging method of assessment on clinical efficacy of moyamoya disease;②CT cerebral perfusion can be well reflected changes in cerebral blood flow of moyamoya disease, and the state of cerebral perfusion, the cerebral compensatory collateral circulation around the infarction,as well as the availability of new low-fat ischemic reperfusion on neurosurgery Surgical guidance;③Spiral CT perfusion imaging can objectively reflect the improved situation of cerebral hemodynamics in patients after the surgery.
